Let’s talk passion projects! A passion project is a project or hobby you determine to take on in your spare time because you are excited about it. It consists of things that you love and enjoy and therefore you carry enough about it to prioritize consistency in your tasks and schedule daily time for it.
I personally am a true believer that focusing your energy on things you love, increases your happiness and by being passionate about something you are willing to put more effort into it. This makes you more authentic in what you do and more likely to enthuse other people about it as well!
In my opinion, we all have something to offer and learning what makes you unique is crucial to sharing your gifts with the world. By finding out what your talents, strengths, and skills are you can own them! So even if you have a busy schedule or working a full-time job, you could and should definitely still look for something on the side that makes your heart sing. Finding a totally fulfilling activity to take on in your spare time just for yourself is an amazing way for personal growth and creative exploration.
Perhaps getting started and staying consistent are the most challenging part. We find excuses to never start, we put barriers and limitations on ourselves and believe that our goals are not realistic, that we don´t have time for them, or we throw in the towel when we don’t see instant results. It’s so important to understand that these fears and limiting believes are only holding us back. Eliminate these negative thoughts and instead set SMART realistic short-term goals with a long-term vision.
Whenever I am engaged in something that I am truly excited about, it builds up my energy. It fuels my creative spark and constantly challenges me to become better. So yeah, I’m all about believing in your dreams and following your passions.

So if you are passionate about something whether it be writing, designing or helping out others, then just go out there and spend as much time on it as you can! By allowing yourself to experience new things, you will broaden your vision. Also, personal projects are a great way to disconnect from the chaos of work and other priorities in your daily life.
In the end, if you start doing the things you love, you will start living a more fulfilling life on your own terms!
